At the beginning of the episode, Imlie ask Nishant that if anything he wants he can call her. Imlie ask her to call anytime. Nishant gets emotional and said that everyone get worry about him now. Nishant said that everyone will get Sad for him. Aparna consoles Rupali and ask her not to cry. Imlie comes there and said that she has to talk to everyone. Harish said what she wants to say. Imlie makes them understand that Nishant doesn’t to make everyone sad that’s why he never told about it. Aparna said that she is right. Pankaj said that they have to make happy environment for him. Imlie comes to college canteen and try to talk Pallavi. Imlie told that everyone liked her food. Pallavi ask about Nishant. Imlie ask how she know about it. Pallavi ask the one who comes to take the order. Imlie says that she knows about it. Pallavi says that she doesn’t know him. Imlie thinks that sbe still love him. Imlie remind that she has to go for Satyakam’s case.
Aditya and Imlie comes to meet Kunal for Satyakam’s case. Kunal told them that he will try his best. Malini comes there. Kunal pretends to love Malini. Imlie gets happy. Aditya ask Malini to come with him. Aditya ask Malini to postpone the divorce for sometime. Malini says that she doesn’t want to delay. Aditya told her that Nishant is suffering from cancer. Malini gets Shocked. Aditya request Malini to hold for sometime. Imlie comes there. Malini ask Aditya to say this to Nishant. Aditya and Imlie leaves from there.
Malini is leaving , Kunal ask Malini to stop. Kunal ask why she is so upset. Malini ask why he is interested to know about it. Malini says that she doesn’t want to complicate it. Kunal looks on.
Everyone try to make Nishant happy. Imlie ask about the food. Imlie tries ti know about his feelings. Imlie said to Nishant that she is talking about him. Nishant ask Imlie to call him something else. Imlie said that he is her brother. Nishant ask about Pallavi. Imlie gets happy. Anu and Dev comes to meet Kunal and warns him to stay away from her daughter. Anu scolds Kunal. Anu blames Kunal. Kunal get to know that Aditya and Malini is couple. Kunal gets Shocked.
