At the beginning of the episode, Shaurya and Anokhi’s wedding is over without any more hiccups. Devi tells Tej that she was happy to be rid of Astha but now Anokhi is another one of Astha’s type. Tej says it is not so easy to be a Sabherwal daughter in law. Shaurya and Anokhi go to touch Astha’s feet. She tells them to touch Tej and Devi’s feet first.
Devi tells Shaurya that she did not say anything at first, but she is not happy that they got married in college campus. She says Anokhi could have compromised one day for his sake. Shaurya says she accepts him as she is and does not want her to change.
Ramesh and Rama have arranged for the food. Everyone has food, but Tej and Devi want to leave without having food. Devi says they are going home because oily food does not suit them, as the caterer is not their usual one. Ramesh he will do “jagaad” for whatever they want. Tej says “jugaad” cannot work all the time. Shaan tells Tej to not make a big deal out of the situation, but Tej and Devi do not agree.
Anokhi brings a platter with tea and biscuits from canteen for Tej and Devi. They finally relent and agree to have tea and biscuits. Shuarya thanks Anokhi for this. Alok says Anokhi has worked in the canteen as a waitress, so she knows how and what to get from there. Shaan says not many people can support themselves while studying too.
Alok asks where they will go. Kanchan says they can go to Shaan’s house. Rama says the bride must go to her “sasural”. Shaurya asks Anokhi where she wants to go. Anokhi says she wants to Sabherwal’s house as he grew up there. Shaan says that Astha must also come along to do Anokhi’s “griha pravesh” . Devi says this cannot happen as Astha has nothing to do with that house. Tej says Astha took her decision to leave that house long back, now there is no place for her in that house. He stops Shaurya and Shaan for arguing with him. Anokhi says she is very lucky to have two mothers-in-law, but she will be disappointed if only one of them does her “griha pravesh”.
Astha is also hesitant to go there, but Anokhi and Shaurya try to convince everyone. Tej goes away from there. Astha and Shaan tell them to go their flat.
Tej says that Sabherwal women open their mouth only to eat food and how could Anokhi speak to him like that. Devi says they have no choice right now, but they will fix this later in some way or the other.
Rama tells Anokhi that she must adjust a little in “sasural”. Anokhi says if that is her house now, then she must raise her voice against wrong.
