At the beginning of the episode, Suhani reaches college and tries to talk to Ranveer. She says sorry but he ignores her. Ranveer tells her that she only put the distance between them. Suhani gives him carrot halwa that she made for him. She thanks him for helping her father recover. He takes the box, then gives to John and Raghu. They tell him to not be angry with Suhani. Ranveer pours cold drink on his head and leaves. Riya tells Ranveer that dean has called him to his office.
Ranveer and Ansh go to dean’s office. Ranveer remembers what Ansh said about Suhani. They stare at each other so dean warns them to leave their attitude outside his office. Dean tells them to take a team of junior students and reach a site of accident on highway. He tells them to forget their personal issues and do their duty as doctors.
Ranveer avoids Suhani, but Ansh tells her to accompany them as she is the topper of her batch. Suhani volunteers but says she needs to ask her father’s permission. Dean calls Rakesh for his permission to send Suhani. Rakesh allows Suhani to go as dean says he is also going. Dean asks Ranveer to tell if he needs to call someone else’s parents too. Ranveer says he will have to do this much for his favourite student.
Suhani and Meeta cross as Ranveer goes on his bike. Suhani’s DUPATTA gets stuck in Ranveer’s bike’s handle. He takes it out without a word and goes. Ansh tells Suhani and Meeta that the bus is full, so they will have to go in the ambulance. Suhani gets a call from Sudha asking if she ate something and asks why she is looking lost. She sees Meeta and Ansh. Ansh tells Sudha not to worry about her. Sudha tells Suhani to thank Ranveer if she meets him.
A glass breaks from Sudha’s hand and she feels it is a bad omen. Rakesh asks why she is weeping and helps her in cleaning. Sudha says she is feeling uneasy. Ansh tells Suhani not to worry about Ranveer as he does not care about anyone. Suhani looks out and sees Ranveer is following the ambulance on bike. She looks at him as he crosses the ambulance.
Ambulance skids on the road. Ranveer has a feeling that Suhani is in danger. He calls John and asks about Suhani. John tells him that Suhani is not in bus and she went in ambulance with Ansh. Ranveer berates them not telling him. He turns back. The ambulance gets stuck on edge of a cliff. Suhani tries to open the door.
Ranveer stops the bus and calls John and Raghu. Some people come and tells that there was a landslide and an ambulance is stuck there. Ranveer runs to the spot. Suhani and Ansh try to open the door. Ansh manages to open the door.
Rakesh and Sudha see the news that an ambulance of college students is stuck in the landslide. Everyone gets worried as Sudha tells them that Suhani is in ambulance. Sudha calls Ranveer but his number is unreachable.
Ansh gets out of the ambulance leaving Suhani and Meeta inside. Some locals come with a rope. He ties it to a tree. Ranveer comes running.
