Sneha Namanandi’s pet café finds an admirer in Sanjay Dutt: His kind words, love and support for The Pet Station means a lot

From a state-level hockey and throwball player, who represented Maharashtra, to being a passionate actor, Sneha Namanandi wears multiple hats with flamboyance. Always in the lookout to do something more, she recently turned entrepreneur with her unique pet café in Mumbai, The Pet Station. Her passion for bringing humans and their pets together in a place away from home where they can spend quality time together inspired her to start this journey. Sneha’s initiative has been getting much love and support from different quarters. Recently, actor Sanjay Dutt wished her luck and showered praises on her café.

Talking more about Sneha and The Pet Station, the senior actor shared a video message, “The Pet Station is a cafe for the pets and you can come down and chill, have coffee and eat with your pets.  And, the best part about this cafe is that it also has a special menu for pets along with a pet grooming Station. It’s commendable Sneha. Great work, well done. I shall be there with my pets soon…”

Sneha, who has shared the video on her Instagram page, falls short of words to express her gratitude for everything the actor said. “It means a lot and that too coming from someone like Sanjay Dutt. He is kind, humble, honest and an excellent actor. I am looking forward to hosting his family and pets soon,” says the actor, who was recently seen in the hit music video Jis Din Bhula Du.

Two of Sneha’s favourite things, coffee and pets, motivated her to start the pet cafe. Apart from the special pet menu and grooming, now the brand has taken a step forward by starting their own in house pet treats, pet id tags, pet toys, pet clothes, among other things.

Revealing what more had pushed her to start the pet café, she mentions, “The second lockdown was tougher for a lot of people, including me. But slowly I stopped looking at it as a struggle and realised that nothing is going to change if I start complaining about Covid. So I thought about doing something fruitful during these challenging times… I always had this dream about pet parents sitting together, chilling and eating along with their pets, this time I decided to fulfil the same.”

Sneha’s vision towards expanding the brand and exploring all the areas related to pets is commendable. In the near future multiple outlets of pet stations across India are on the cards. “One of my ultimate goals is to have a dog shelter and a dog adoption centre for the well being of strays, rescued and abandoned dogs,” shares the Gumrah famed actor.
