In the beginning of the episode, After the wedding gets done Akshu and Abhimanyu take blessings from everyone. Abhimanyu stops while reaching Harshwardhan, and Akshu looks at him and Abhimanyu also takes the blessing. Suhasini gets emotional while blessing and Abhimanyu cleans her glasses. Akshu then hugs Arohi, and the Goenka’s pretend like Suhasini and cast evil eyes. Akshu and Abhimanyu feed each other sweets. Neil comes towards Akshu and says that he is tired of wearing the heels.
Akshu says that he realizes very late that he should return the heel, he says that he is very tired and is proud of the woman who wears the heels. Akshu asks him what shagun he wants, he says he doesn’t want any as he just wanted to change the wedding ritual of the shoe stealing. Neil and the cousins dance on (Waah Ram ji jodi kya banayi…) and Manjuri and the other family members join in.
Suhasini asks Akshu and Abhimanyu to rest while there is time for other rituals. Harshwardhan says that he has planned a cake cutting and drinks. He says as the doctors are here and Abhimanyu is the Birla hospital’s future and they need to show him to them. Abhimanyu asks Harshwardhan to also call Akshu and the family as he is now married, Harshwardhan calls them.
After the cake cutting and drinks, the Goenka’s get a little awkward and Suhasini says to Suvarna that on an auspicious day alcohol shouldn’t be drunk, she says let it be. Harshwardhan and Mahima serve drinks, While the guests ask Harshwardhan and Mahima about Abhimanyu getting married to a non doctor. They tell them that it’s a love marriage. Mahima sees Akshu and calls her there and Manjuri comes there too and tells them that Akshu is a music therapist, the doctor’s act shocked and Akshu explains her job.
Harshwardhan takes the guests away, and Abhimanyu comes to them and asks if Harshwardhan said anything, Akshu says no and they go to eat something. Manjuri thinks to herself that she won’t let what happened to her and Abhimanyu will always support her. Akshu and Abhimanyu do the Arti, Suhasini and Suvarna prank Abhimanyu and Akshu. They say to them that Akshu will later be vidah after 11 days. Abhimanyu says that he can also stay with Akshu at their house, and Suhasini and Suvarna laugh.
The Vidahi takes place and Akshu gets very emotional while bidding farewell to everyone. She says she won’t be able to do it alone, Suhasini says to her that she is Naira and Kartik’s daughter she will do it better. She breaks down to not leave.
Upcoming- Akshu rides the bike and says to Abhimanyu that all of this is very exciting for her. They reach home and see it’s locked, Abhimanyu says to her that his family are doctors and the patients come first.
