Now in the previous episode, we saw Everybody is celebrating Teej and the water drinking rasam is going on. Suddenly Manish is out of control. He spills water in the Swarna plate and runs away. Swarna gets scared and rims. Kartik brings Manish back before he can hurt him or somebody else. Kartik calls the doctor and he told him Manish reports. Kartik is shocked.
In today’s episode, we see Naira wants to know exactly what happened to Manish he gets irritated and about to leave. Naira stops him and asks so he discloses that due to accident Manish’s brain got injured and there is some sort of swelling there. Manish is doing weird acts. Kartik imagines Manish in a good light. The whole family is traumatized. Songs play in BG. All of them FBs of everything that happened. Akhilesh and doctor talk and the doctor says to give him sleeping pills to Manish, but how to give him. Daadi says to call Kartik as he can only give. Naira apologizes to Manish. Akhilesh slaps Kartik to bring him back to reality. Manish need him. He can be his only savior. Kairav calls and Akhilesh avoids. Kairav and Kartik talk and he explains to him that when the son is bigger the father is younger and vice versa.
They finally gave him the pill by acting and other things. Swarna drinks water from Manish leftover water. Manish sleeps and the precap scene repeats. Kartik says to him good night.
As he about to leave Manish stops him, they sleep together. Naira cries. Episode ends.
In the upcoming episode, we shall see Doctor says you have to be careful, let him stay happy, else he may harm himself. Kartik says I will take care of him. Naira doesn’t want baby.
