In the beginning of the episode, Dev helps Ayush wear his Kurta. When Sonakshi and Dev bring him down. Ishwari asks them where they are going. Dev tells her that he is taking Ayush to Rohit’s parents house. Ishwari says they can’t take him as she has planned a puja for Ayush. Ayush gets upset. Ishwari says they should have informed her before now Ayush is upset. Dev tells Ayush that if they can’t go, they can at least make a video call with his grandparents. Ayush speaks to his grandparents. They ask him how he is doing. He tells them that that everything is fine, only one Aunty is to strict. Dev takes the call and tell them that Ishwari didn’t know about the visit that’s why she arranged the puja.
Everyone comes down for the puja. Soha asks Ishwari why did they arrange one more puja for her. Ishwari says this puja isn’t for her, it’s for Ayush. When the pandit asks for Ayush’s parents name. Ishwari gives Dev’s and Sonakshi’s name which shocks everyone. Soha tells Ishwari to take his parents name not her parents name. Ishwari says because his aren’t here and Dev and Sonakshi are performing the puja so it is fair to take their name. Soha runs off from there. noise of something breaking comes and Sonakshi rushes to the kitchen to help Soha. Dev performs Sonakshi’s part of the rituals too.
Dev goes to bring money for the pandit. Ishwari follows him and asks him to give him 5001 rupee as he performed the rituals very well. Ishwari then tells Dev that he has to make Sonakshi understand that she has to focus on Ayush and not always run off towards Soha. She says that Sonakshi needs to realise that her own son needs her more than anyone. Dev tells Ishwari that Sonakshi is trying her best and she needs to give her some time to bond with Ayush and also Soha to feel comfortable to welcome Ayush. In the car Dev tells Sonakshi to come early from work. Sonakshi asks if there is some important work. Dev tells her that she needs to spend some time with Ayush as she is not making any effort towards making your bond stronger with Ayush. Sonakshi tells him that she is trying her best and he needs to give her some time.
Jatin brings a mood board of ingredients in Sonakshi’s office. Jatin ask Sonakshi to gorkha magic on these ingredients and make a delicious and healthy menu for the clients. Sonakshi says just like I should work my magic and make Ayush call her mum and work magic and makes Soha accept Ayush in her home. Jatin asks Sonakshi what happened. Sonakshi says nobody is trying to understand her situation as it’s very tough for her to make Soha and Ayush happy at the same time. Sonakshi tells Jatin that everyone is blaming her for everything going wrong. Jatin says that it’s not easy to be a mum. Sonakshi says she feels like her marriage, her life everything is falling apart. Jatin asks her to talk to Dev and express her feelings to him.
Upcoming- Ishwari tells Sonakshi that she cannot be partial towards one of her child. Sonakshi asks Ishwari if she has never been partial towards Dev. In the room, Sonakshi cries and tells Dev that he is not trying to understand her. Dev asks her if she is trying to understand him.
