At the beginning of the episode, Purvi took Virender to the hospital on a hand cart. Purvi pleads with the doctor to save him. The doctors took him inside the operation theatre. Purvi informed Nandini and tell her to come fast to the city hospital. Aarav saw Nandini crying and thought she got the news of Virender’s death. Aarav acts innocent and asks her what happened? Nandini tells him that Virender is in hospital just take me there. Aarav informed his dad that Virender is still alive. He says to do something not else he will kill us.
Priyu asks Veer do you really want to marry me or lying me? Veer says I will definitely marry you. Anjali thought now I will blackmail and make Purvi’s life hell The doctor told Purvi we are trying our best you just pray for him. Purvi pray to God for Virneder.
Charan Singh went inside the operation theatre in a doctor’s costume. He thought of closing the oxygen meter. Everyone arrived at the hospital and she tells them his situation is very critical. Nandini tells Aarav that I don’t want to lose him again. Aarav thought now no one can save him.
The operation got successful and he was out of danger. Purvi went to the temple along with the kids. While she was on the way she recognized a person who was trying to kill them. There Charan Singh was about to kill Virneder with a knife but Purvi came inside along with others. Charan Singh escaped from there.
They all stay along with Virender till getting fine. Virender came back home and Nandini welcomes him. Sudha came to meet Virneder. Purvi says I thought you came for Veer. Sudha feels shy.
Everyone was sitting at the table. Veer tells them I want to tell you all something. Virender told him to speak up. Veer says I love Priyu and I want to marry her. Sudha stood shocked. Virender agrees and says start the preparation. They both took his blessings. Virender told Priyu I am happy to hear this as he will take care of you very nicely.
Priyu misunderstood Purvi as Anjali and thank her for the idea to become the head of the village. Purvi turns around and asks how you can marry him for just a few wealth. Priyu started panicking.
